Health Guarantee

We are committed to connecting families and individuals with breeders that are loving, attentive and compassionate. Every puppy is at the heart of our beliefs and mission of placing healthy puppies into loving homes. The health of your puppy is a big deal. It is as important to you as it is to us! While we would love to guarantee your puppy will be happy and healthy for as long as you both shall live, a number of factors not always within our control contribute to the overall health of your new family member. In addition to your love and companionship, feeding a balanced and nutritious diet, exercise and regular vet visits are measures you should take as a responsible pet owner to keep your puppy healthy.

In case of the unforeseen (event of death) within one year from its purchase date, or if the puppy is found to possess health disorders (within 1 year) which adversely affects the health of the PUPPY(S), we’ll replace it with another puppy of equivalent value at no cost to you. The reason for death should be certified by a Certified VET and we shall expect you to email us a copy of this health report.
What we’d like from you:

Before any puppy leaves our care, they undergo a thorough health examination by a licensed veterinarian. This includes a complete physical check, vaccinations, and deworming treatments. We provide a copy of these health records so you have a clear picture of your puppy's health status.
